UNIQA communities summit 2025

Two inspiring days, 13 commUNIties, and colleagues from across all UNIQA countries showed what happens when we break silos and work together.

Over 120 colleagues experienced true collaboration across borders and teams. From immersive business simulations to motivating keynotes – the focus was on co-creating the future together. The challenges ahead don’t stop at borders, and neither does our ambition.

The highlight was an intense business simulation where 20 teams stepped into the roles of leading companies, negotiated partnerships, and reacted to disruptive market changes under time pressure. One thing became clear: success in a fast-changing world depends on trust, communication, and the ability to adapt together.
